Thank you for your interest in the Town Center Art Show benefiting the Parkinson Foundation of the Heartland. If you are interested in participating as a musician at the Town Center Art Show please forward the following items:
- Letter of Interest
- Press Kit or copy of your CD
- Time and Day when you are available to play
Please note that we do not provide stage, lights, sound, or backline for musicians. We are looking for groups or individuals who would like to entertain the patrons and sell their CD’s. Space is limited and generally fills up quickly, so please keep this in mind when applying.

Please allow three (3) to six (6) weeks for processing your request as we get several applications. If the committee chooses you for the Town Center Art Show we will contact you to discuss openings at that time.
